SIZINGS
If you managed to get the sizing of your ring wrong then you are welcome to send it back to us for a resizing at an additional cost that would be determined on a piece by piece basis.
RETURN POLICY
As all Gold&I pieces are made to order we unfortunately do not take returns.
We want you to love wearing your pieces as we love making them. Please be sure to communicate with us prior to placing an order about all of the details you want on you piece. This will ensure we’re all on the same page and expectations are understood. To help with this you can request a rendering of your finished product to help with the visualisation of the end product.
REPAIRS
We are happy to repair, refinish and clean our pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed by us and may be subject to a fee.
